Well that rules out Unreal then. It's likely related to the GPU still. Did this just recently pop up as an issue? If so, then there is a chance an update or patch in the near future will fix it. If it's been on going for a few months then I would first try for a factory reset by going to your "Console Info" section under "System" in your settings, then resetting everything. If it doesn't fix it, then you may have to submit a repair request through Microsoft.

That's a new one. Both games use the Unreal Engine so it may be an issue with the graphics driver using Unreal or Unreal on what ever Xbox you are using. What console model are you using when you see this? You could try checking for updates for your console or even a factory reset to see if it solves the issue.

Do you have this issue with any other XBox Games? Because this isn't an issue for me. If raising brightness creates artifacts on your screen it sounds like the video in your console is dying.

Im a fan of blues and greens mixed in with some black. I like bright colors so the black will make it pop
