    Bricked Xbox Series X


    How do I submit a complaint to MS XBOX without being upsold.. My Xbox Series X is bricked and will not power on, no matter what I try. I tried to talk to several "support managers" today that just irritated me. They told me to buy a series S for $24.99 a month.. Why would i support a product where they won't even assist me with my current. All I want is to be returned whole and have a working xbox x. I tried to submit a repair order but it says I have no options offered, but yet I can't get a hold of anyone helpful when I try to contact MS.

    A lot of what I have found online talks about replacing the power brick for the Xbox One S/X, but the Series X doesn't have a power brick, it's just a power cable. I would assume that I would just replace that then?

    COD Warzone started crashing my Series X......

    That would be great. I dont mind that the game is not working, but I do not like my Series X being hard shut down as it can corrupt the drive\brick the xbox.

    I finally got a reply from xbox support on twitter. They are aware of the issue and are looking into it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because this problem makes my series x an expensive brick.
