Bricked Xbox Series X

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone at MS that will actually listen to a complaint and have a conversation instead of regurgitating script lines? I tried to talk to several "support managers" today that just irritated me. My console is 2 months out of warranty and they told me I should have bought an extended warranty and that one of the risks of playing an updating games (literally what the device is for) are corrupted files damaging the console. 3 month warranty on the $300 repair, and when i questioned that he said I could go buy a new one with an extended warranty in case it happens again.

The thing that keeps crossing my mind is they are basically telling me I can plan on spending $500 a year on new xbox's because they don't back up their product.

A lot of what I have found online talks about replacing the power brick for the Xbox One S/X, but the Series X doesn't have a power brick, it's just a power cable. I would assume that I would just replace that then?

That would be great. I dont mind that the game is not working, but I do not like my Series X being hard shut down as it can corrupt the drive\brick the xbox.

I finally got a reply from xbox support on twitter. They are aware of the issue and are looking into it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because this problem makes my series x an expensive brick.
