  1. Breaking The Law

    Good Afternoon,

My xbox live account was recently suspended for "communications",

Yet prior to the fact of me swearing I submitted the exact same complaint for teamkilling on PUBG (which can be defined as Mischief S. 430(1)(d) Canadian criminal code) by a Player by the name of [Mod Removed]; whom committed it for the loot i had
    acquired.

    • 430 (1) Every one commits mischief who wilfully
      • (a) destroys or damages property;
      • (b) renders property dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective;
      • (c) obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property; or
      • (d) obstructs, interrupts or interferes with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property.

Canadian law defines mischief quite clearly and yet you acted in the blink of an eye for Skally's communication's report and not my own.

Furthermore, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states in section seven that:

    7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

I demand action against this player.

Why can the players ruin the games themselves? yet verbal communications is your suspension focal point?

This is a blatant lack of research on your part microsoft; as I had even mentioned in my report, I had a GAME CLIP to solidify my case.

    :)

Breaking the TOU/COC is not breaking the LAW. Quote what you wish but it is not ILLEGAL.

As long as you filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

You may want to consider reviewing the Code of Conduct so your account does not face any further action

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

What are examples of conduct that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

Don’t engage in illegal activity. For example, don’t

    • Spread lies about someone, a product, a business, or a group
    • Extort or otherwise threaten action unless you get something you want
    Don’t promote prohibited Conduct.

Also, when you're playing a game, you're playing it on that game developers server. You're just using the Xbox to get there.

Xbox Enforcement isn't going to be able to see the activity on that game developers' server.

So check and see if that game developer has their own reporting system within the game.

  7. IT DOES NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO "REVIEW COMPLAINT"

and what you said does not make sense.

If i were driving down the road and hit a pot hole(teamkiller) large enough to cause an accident, on a scale for which i should be injured enough not to sustain a living wage. I could remedy and sue the city (microsoft), not my final destination on the trip
on which i was injured, which is the store (PUBG). If microsoft cannot maintain clean proverbial streets from the taxpayer revenue (customer dollars) and keep healthy player bases, then why pay 69.99 a year for redundant online services? all that for just
"communications monitoring" and not gameplay monitoring?

    what are you on about?

Seriously private networks are not tax payer funded ever

And they have everyone right to suspend people who break their rules

    It's their network their rules

If you have issues with team killing I hate to tell you this but that's not against the terms of use

That's a game play and developer issue if they choose to allow betrayals.thats up to them

Again you have to use the report tools tossed if it's allowed or not but you are never given any feedback on your report

    Not an enforcement issue

Nor does it justify your actions

Keep it clean it is that simple

You can't "review the complaint". You can Review the suspension information against your account at this site -
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

As long as you're signing in there with the same account you use on the Xbox.

Next. Don't call out other players on the forums here. You can report the players on the Xbox but don't do that here.

Hence my reference - What are examples of conduct that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

Don’t engage in illegal activity. For example, don’t

    • Spread lies about someone, a product, a business, or a group
    • Extort or otherwise threaten action unless you get something you want
    Don’t promote prohibited Conduct.

Also, the game developers will make their games for different "platforms". Those platforms in this case would be Xbox, PC and Playstation.

Each one of those platforms does not have anything to do with the game itself. You're just using the device to play the game on the game developers servers.

If you're playing the PC version of that game, are you going to call up Dell's technical support and complain to them about the game you're playing?

Same thing here. You're playing the game on an Xbox instead of a PC but you're still connecting to that game developers servers. If you have an issue with the game, you need to contact the game developer.

The whole driving down the road thing...yeah I'm just going to leave that right there.
