    They need to go to the Xbox Enforcement website and log in with their own account to see what enforcement action was taken. We can't check this for them.

    the use of acronyms is not a way to circumvent the code of conduct. Everybody knows what these acronyms mean and if you are using one that will break the code of conduct and you get reported, you will get a suspension

    ballz, that is all. How do you get code of conduct? I seriously don't know. I'm sure I break it on a daily basis when I play online but still haven't gotten that achievement.

    how many more times do i need to record the guys or report them to get you to ban them ?

    As Crumb Stated, Block and Report them. If what they are doing breaks the Code of Conduct an action will be taken by microsoft.
