Brazil server on Gears of war 4 is not working

For several months many Brazilians are daily in the official forum of the coalition asking us to have a support since no Brazilian is playing Gears of War 4 on Brazil Server, we are all with high MS (ping) 70 or high, Which is not compatible with the Brazilian
server that the coalition stated that we have.

In gears of war ultimate all players can get a MS less than 30, that is server BR. I will leave the official forum link and you will see that we have many players asking for support and we have not responded for months to the coalition, they do not seem
to care about their consumers.

Brazil server on Gears of war 4 is not working

When I ping some ISP servers located at SP-Brazil, the higher latency I get is 24ms, but the usual is 7ms.

With the so called "Latin America server at SP-BR", in game I get 100ms +, something isn't right.

With Gears UE the higher ping was 55ms, what for my opinion was high enough.

I also live in SP, and their numbers are similar to mine.

In the EU Gears my highest ping was 22MS and sadly in Geras of war 4 it never falls below 78 and the overwhelming majority of players and friends with whom I speak report 140MN at the very least. Unfortunately it is impossible to have fun and be competitive
in this situation.

Actually we are suffering a certain abandonment of The Coalition, in regards to the Brazilian server (if it exists), are several months requesting a support, a response even and nothing at all.

It's been five months since the first post, more than 7330 views, more than 370 responses and more than 420 tanned and NONE, I repeat NO response from some of The Coalition. We need help!
