Estou com mesmo problema aqui no Brasil-São Paulo estou tentando fazer o login na minha conta desde das AM: 08:00 não consigo aparece uma tela branca pedindo a senha, quando coloco aparece o CÓDIGO DE ERRO 0x80a4001a estou vendo que muitas pessoas estão
com o mesmo problema. Lamentável Microsoft

Mesma situação aqui, desde o começo da manha continuo sem ter acesso a conta no Xbox One S, a manha manha esta acabando e ainda não resolveram o problema!

Hey there Marcio,

Sorry for all the issues with
signing in. There is currently a Service Alert
out right now for Core services. There seems to be a fix for now by removing and adding profile. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens.
0x8a4001a error code is usually what most will see along with a white background. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later. If you decide to remove profile and
not sure how to do so here is a link for it also for power cycling console.
