    Brand New XBox Won’t Stay On


    We tried to set up our brand new xbox One S we received for Christmas but when we plug it in and turn on the power button after about 2 seconds it turns off so we are unable to set it up.

    I have an Xbox series 2 elite controller. That controller will not stay synced to the consul, and the charging port in the front is not working.

    And it will not pair with the Xbox. It won’t stay paired unless it’s plugged in.

    Hello!

    I would try disconnecting the power from the Xbox & the cable from the wall. Give it about 30 seconds, then reconnect and try powering it back on. If that doesn't work, I'm guessing most likely you're looking at a warranty repair/replacement.
