Brand new Xbox s series suffering from controller disconnect

bump.

this first happened in Feb update, but resetting the Xbox series S & choosing keep games fixed it.

Then the March update comes and Microsoft again, kills my console, this time, all possible solutions fail.... useless.

the possible fault finding you can do is as follows

make sure your controller & console is updated.

cycle off & back on (using the power saving mode, unplug to be sure)

reset xbox, choose keep games.

re- pair

I have tried different controllers they all dont work with the problem console but work fine on others, so clearly a firmware update error from Microsoft.

I think im gonna send it back under warranty.

Ok I'll try some replaceable, the rechargeable ones I have are from Microsoft ( which would be funny if they are the problem) they are relatively newish had then for about a year.. and haven't seen heavy use

In this case, I would recommend getting the console replaced through the store where you purchased it or creating an order through Microsoft via https://account.microsoft.com/devices.

Please make sure that there is no wireless interference that may be causing the issue. If you can try and move the console to a different room or space to test it out, that would be great.

Also, is this happening with multiple controllers or just a specific one?
