Brand new XBox One X, crashes on ALL GAMES, time to turn it in for warranty swap?

Hello,

I have this brand new XBox One X. Launching any games will get the initial introduction, but as soon as any attempts to play it the XBox will CRASH and turned off. Games tried to play are Final Fantasy XV, Battlefront II, and many others. All the exact
same symptoms. Initiation is fine, but as soon as game trying to start XBox will simply shut off.

Already attempted to FACTORY RESET twice. Other steps taken are resetting profile, reinstalling the games, etc. etc.

Is it time to turn it in for a warranty swap?

Brand new xbox one X having issues with wireless controllers - controllers dc when ethernet is removed, randomly, and sometimes dont work at all.

If it is an issue with the brand new Xbox One X, you have voided your warranty.

 

Xbox One X Major Crash!

After 2 days my X1X Crashed en restarted during gaming, After the reboot it went well for 2 days. After that there was the Major crash.

The problems after the crash.

- Wont turn on, only hear a xbox bleep sound and turned off. ( serveral times )

- Xbox turns on for 10 sec and turns off.

- Xbox sometimes turn on with black screen and no menus.. And after some minutes it crash again.. and reloop start over!

What i have tried.

- Unplug the Xbox one X from power waited for a minute ( no reaction )

- Put the Xbox one X directly to wall plug.. ( no reaction )

I returned the xbox one X to the store... I will get a new one ( Have to wait because they are out of stock! )

But i want to know is this another launch problem??

If it’s brand new like you say, take it back and exchange it. You shouldn’t be having those issues and you shouldn’t have to be trying all these troubleshooting steps.
