    Just got my new xbox one today,

    of course you have to update it before use ... well its not updating but says my connection is great ... please fix this i see alot of users having the same exact issue

    Can you please try a hard reset holding the power button down and also restart router...

    They offline update, followed by the online update. It requires a few restarts also

    If the update will not work with an offline update, contact the store or online seller to see what their return policy is.
