Brand New Xbox one Wont display

    Brand New Xbox one Wont display


    I just opened up my brand new xbox one. Hooked it up to my tv and turned it on. The light on the front of the xbox one comes one but it does not show up anything on my tv. Not even a flicker. I have shut the xbox off and on a couple times and am still having
    no luck. Tried a different hdmi and input on my tv. Also tried hooking it up to a computer monitor. All of which worked with my previous 360. Any ideas whats going on?

    Hi

    Can you please try following the
    support steps in this guide     and hopefully something here will help to resolve the problem you are having.

    Brand New Xbox one Wont display

    Try a different HDMI cable, if that fails then you should take it back and exchange it.

    I tried another hdmi already. Is it definitely a system issue? My tv is about 5 years old is it possible its a display issue
