    I JUST bought a brand new xbox one s, everything is hooked up right, the TV is is on the right channel, it still wont turn on, I've tried everything xbox has on the support page but its brand new so it shouldnt have to be serviced already, any ideas???

    If its brand new and not turning on. Check all cables ar firmly in place , change the socket you are using, dont have it pluged into a extension cable.

    If it still not turning on take it back and exchange it 🤔👍

    Hi there, This is very strange. Can suggest trying a different power point or if your running it off a power board maybe that is faulty or maybe the power board needs to be reset. There's normally a button on power boards so they can be reset.

    Dose the Xbox power pack have a light on when you plug it in to the power point? Maybe its faulty.

    If none of this works you might need to take it back to the shop were you purchased it from and get a exchange.

    If you get it recently it should be still within the 30 day warranty.

    If changing outlets and tv settings down work, I'd recommend a replacement or refund.

    Checking in. Day 2 my brand new xbox one S still wont make it past step 3 of the startup. Once it tries to update i get the error code...
