    Brand new Xbox One S won't connect to wifi.


    Just got a new Xbox One S today but when I tried to set it up it wouldn't connect to the wifi and when I tried the screen would go black then a couple seconds later it would act as if it was just turned it on for the first time. I checked and the MAC address
    isn't blocking it and it says its connected but yet still when I try to connect it does the same thing. I just want to play Battle Field 1 please help.

    Xbox One S cannot connect to wifi

    We have a brand new Xbox One S and cannot get it set up - will not connect to wifi even though wifi is available on all other devices. We have already restarted the modem. Any ideas our there? There is a message about checking that our modem doesn't have
    a filter on the device. ????

    Hi just bought a brand new Xbox 360 slim 4gb and having the exact same problem. Can connect to live straight away using an Ethernet cable but won't connect using the wifi. The console finds my wireless network fine but after putting in the password fails
    to connect. Very frustrating.
