    Brand new xbox one s stuck at 33% update


    Just purchased a xbox one s. It gets to update screen on initial startup and will get to "applying update 33%" then screen goes black and sends it back to 20%. I have been stuck here for over an hour this way. Any ideas on how to fix?

    I have the same problem. Following the steps mentioned in help section didnt change anything. Mine is a brand new xbox one S. After a couple of days its just stuck at 640x480.
