    Brand new Xbox One S Gears Of War 2TB Edition Out of Box BROKE HELP!!!


    Whole story.

    I Bought it this past Friday (4th) at target as a present.

    Threw away receipt, & paid with cash. Three days later open it hook up & it's broke. Now target doesn't want to do anything, but have me ship it to Microsoft. So I paid $495 for a Refurbished xbox one s basically & Microsoft is saying the can replace it for
    free but they will only send back a refurbished REGULAR Xbox one s not the limited edition Gears of war 2TB I paid for new. I'm stuck as of right now of what to do!

    Someone in Microsoft high up please help me, I've been a customer since original xbox & xbox live member for over 10 YEARS! I need HELP Please Thanks!

    Very sorry to hear about the issue. We definitely encourage you to try to work with the retailer you purchased from as you should still be in the exchange window. If they are unable to assist, the next step will be to set up a warranty repair through our
    Online Service Center. I understand that this situation is far from ideal, but those will be the next best steps to take going forward.
