Brand new Xbox One S dont want to start

Mentioned lack of signal on display only because dont know how fast console start sending this signal during booting up and wanted describe all what happening with console.

But like said ealier, main issue is that console dont staying turned on, and after around 5 seconds gives short beep noise and buton on console turning off and become dark - console turning off so in that 5 second console dont have time to send any signal
to display.

And yes, i already try plug console as single to wall power socket and it didnt help.

Seems that im out of options here to diagnose this issue and only thing i can do send it back on warranty.

Sorry to hear about the console issue. I suggest a reset of the console but if it cannot be accessed through the settings then the process is a bit different but there is still a way to do it. To access the troubleshooting screen:

If you're unable to get to the dashboard at all to do the factory reset you need to access the Troubleshoot screen by using these steps :

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Try this from a different TV, HDMI, and Outlet if it fails with the first set, then try another set. From there you can reset your console. (when the screen appears)

I'm sorry to hear your new Xbox is having difficulties displaying a picture. Just to clarify you say the console powers on but you have not been able to see the startup screen to continue correct? Does it say no signal on your TV or is it just a black screen?

If there is no picture I recommend trying the cable and Xbox on different HDMI ports on the TV and possibly a different TV just to rule out other issues. Also plug the Xbox's power cord directly into the power outlet and not a surge protector.

Unfortunately there is no way to check via a diagnostic test to see what's wrong as there is no display on screen. Generally this can be caused by an internal video component malfunctioning where the video data is not able to pass through to your TV and
this is very rare.

first of all, that's quite some bad luck having issues with a brand new console and especially on a day like this.

Regarding the issue, you could try connecting it directly to a wall socket to see if that makes any difference, but other then that it seems like you already tried the other steps for an issue like this.

Regarding having it sent in for repair, in some cases the store where purchased will exchange it too, but it's up to you to determine which way you want to go and could be quicker/easier, since it's different per region/country.

I hope it will all be solved as quickly as possible

i am having the SAME issue. I am UK based. i have a brand new Xbox One S 1Tb.

dont know if that means anything....
