Brand new Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Edition keeps turning off at random.

So I purchased an Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Edition on Best Buy the other day and It just came in 2 days ago. After I hooked It up, I started the set-up and It randomly shut off. I thought It was nothing, so I turned it back on and finished the set-up. I
then went to install the games I'd bought, and It shut down again, and again, and again (keep in mind every time I turn It back on, It pops up with the ventilation blocked screen). I searched the problem and found numerous fixes and apparently this is a common
issue with new consoles? So after trying every single fix I could find i.e doing a full factory reset, disabling the auto turn off, unplugging the plug for 10 seconds, unplugging it for 30 seconds, holding down the power button and eject button and doing another
factory reset and nothing worked. The Xbox is also on a clean table in a cool room with nothing close to the ventilation, so externally, overheating isn't a problem. So tell me, is there anyway I can fix this? Or will I have to refund a brand new system?

I have a battlefield edition Xbox one s and it keeps turning on by itself I turn I.t of and it does it again

Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour

My Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour I've been to settings and turned off 1 hour automatic shut down but still it keeps turning off I thought it my be over heating so I had it cleaned but no problems please help

exchange your console for a new one. (Since you recently purchased it, it should be well within their exchange/return window.) If you aren't able to exchange it for a new one, you will want to check out our

BTW, this is a brand new XBox One S, Battlefield 1T system

There is a
"Storm Grey" Battlefield 1 Edition Xbox One S, but it doesn't seem to be available for sale on the UK Xbox website for some reason.

That's the only Xbox One S version that comes in Black/Grey, as far as I know. Try to shop around for that edition.

Looking to sell digital download for 'Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition' Xbox One. I already own the game and I bought the new Xbox One S battlefield edition which came with the digital download code.(Clearly don't need 2 of the
same game lol). Would sell for around $40 since the basic version of the game is selling for $50 still.

1. Yes, it is a brand new Xbox360 from retail.

2. It's a Halo Black edition. Slim.

3. 250 GB internal hard drive

4. It is a new hard drive.

5. It is an official hard drive.

6. The error occurs as soon as the power is turned on. It will then turn itself off after a short period of time. If the ok is pressed, it will also turn off.
