    Hello Everyone!

    I purchased a brand new XBOX One S 500GB with FIFA 17 on 25th November. I used it for around a month and then one fine day it doesnt switch ON. I sent it to the microsoft support center and they returned it saying the device cant be repaired and is out of
    warranty now as it has been tampered but refused to provide me any proof of the tampering which clearly states that I became a victim of a faulty hardware as the device was in mint condition and was never touched forget about tampering, really dissapointed
    with the service here. Can anyone help me in this matter here?
