Brand new xbox one no signal and controller won't connect

    Brand new xbox one no signal and controller won't connect


    Received my Xbox one today and went through the initial setup and updates, came with mortal kombat x. I set the game to install and went for a nap lol. When I came back the Xbox was powered down so when I restarted it, no display came up and the controller
    wouldn't sync even if I pressed the bind buttons. Have tried all the power on and off tips from support and the resolution tip to no avail. Shall I return it for a new one?

    Xbox powers up, but i get nothing, no dashboard or anything

    I have the same problem with my brand new one and my controller won't connect either.

    Xbox not working

    My Xbox one is turned on but nothing won't connect like the tv ,or the controller so I keep getting a no signal screen

    ...Where is the XBox Support STAFF?

    My roommate and I have odd controller signal interruptions. Just happens completely at random.

    The only thing that completely stops it is having a wire connected, but that kind of throws out the whole point of having a wireless controller, right?

    Things we've tried:

    - Removing obstacles

    - Updating firmware

    - Resetting router

    - Hard-rebooting XBox

    - Using different batteries

    One of the affected controllers is brand new - from a brand new purchase of an XBox One X. Soooooo I got nothin. No idea what could be going wrong.

    We can't turn on your console

    Picked up a brand new router and connected just the xbox1 and my computer to it.

    Still cant turn the xbox one on using apps

    When sending the turn on signal from the app I can see activity lights flashing.... then turn off...then flash again

    Like the app is sending the signal and the nic is receiving it but it wont turn on

    Just bought Xbox Elite Controller V2 - Bluetooth issues

    I've had a similar problem with a regular xbox controller. I removed the brand new batteries that came with the controller and replaced with some I had from the store. Haven't had problems since.

    Something else to keep in mind though is, xbox controllers run off the 2.4G band. If you have your gaming divice connected wireless to a 2.4G internet band, your xbox controller could be fighting with the signal causing intermediate issues.

    Xbox 360 can't update

    mmmmmm, it won't even let me connect a controller. The Xbox controller gives the signal until I press the sync button on the xbox, at this point they both stop and the controller doesn't get connected. Before when I did have a controller, it wouldn't let
    me leave the error screen.
