Brand New XBox One Error E101 00000503 80070003

I just got my brand new XBox One yesterday night and I was setting it up just fine, but when i opened the XBox One it stayed on the green screen for hours. So I decided to check out why it was not working. So I went on google, found out that this was some
type of system update error. So I followed the XBox One instructions on how to update the system with a usb, but unfortunately it did not work on the OSUDT1 and I even tried OSUDT2. So I finally gave up and tried to factory reset it and every single time it
gives me a black screen with an error it is.

E101 00000503 80070003

Please any help would be appreciated I've been searching for about 12 hours so far. Thanks for the help.

Xbox factory reset failure loop

Just noticed that the above error code was from the second attempt. First code was different: E101 00000503 80070003

If you're receiving E101 and you want to try to fix it then I would suggest using this link, which directs you to a system update solution. That said, if this console
is brand new, I would take it back to the retailer you purchased it from and get an exchange.

Is there anybody at all on the forum that can help me???? Please, come on, I want to know if there is a solution I can perform myself, or if I have to ship it to Microsoft for a repair/replacement. My console has been out of warranty since 1/26/2016, so
I have to pay $124.63 for Microsoft to repair/replace it. I don't have that much spare money right now, so if there's a way I can fix it myself, I really need to know what it is.
