    Brand new Xbox One controller issue


    Hi. I just read a post about my problem but they alreafy closed the tread. Why are people closing treads while the issues still remain?

    7 weeks ago i bought a brand new Xbox one. Because i was moving out i just played it yesterdat for the first. My brand new controller loses contact with the xbox for just a second or two and then resyncs. The home button on the controller keeps lit
    during that time.

    Never had this with my xbox 360 new out of the box. This means if yyou go online in Forza 5, your race is over because of this.

    After reading a tread about this, i get realy afraid. More people have this and with a lot of bad solutions from microsoft.

    HELP/.. What to do?

    Elite Controller is the best addition to this gen

    I had issues with 2 of my S controllers. The one that came with my xbox one S the right bumper was odd after a while. Like a sticking click. I bought a brand new one and it had the exact same issue out of the box. Yet my Day One Controller with my original xbox one is still fine to this day.


    But my Elite is just fantastic

    Xbox One mic stopped working

    My day one edition controller is a brand new replacement when I put it in and didn't work today, I don't think its a hardware issue its a software issue. I hard restarted my Xbox and now works.

    The best solution to this issue would be to connect the controller to the console. Just to keep it from dropping! Hope this helps!

    Same issue, brought arkham knight was fine until about a month ago then I thought the batteries had died. Got metal gear it's still unsyncing

    do you have your phone near you when playing, I discovered tonight that if I use 4g next to my controller it drops out or the audio is interrupted through the headset.

    Controller not vibrating/weak vibration when holding home button (Series X)

    I am having this problem as well. Brand new series x, brand new controller, brand new batteries. System is up to date and so is the controller. Has to be a software issue, this does not happen on my Xbox One.

    I tested on html5 gamepad tester and there is a 0.08 deviation from centre which is miniscule. And shouldnt affect gameplay. So perhaps its call of duties deadzone settings?

    hi, my elite series 1 does this a bit but then i just wiggle the right thumbstick around and the movement stops, doesnt bother me while i game either as usually moving around so i dont notice it, i may well increase the deadzone setting though from the
    default to see if it imprioves, cheers for reminding me about that :)
