    Brand new Xbox one controller glitched


    So I bought this new xbox one controller to play on the pc, it was doing ok until one day lights went off for 3~5 seconds and came back up, I turned on my pc and went back to play, but when I tried to do something both triggers were like they was pressed
    all the time, RB doesn't work anymore and button 10 is also always pressed, there aren't any updates at xbox accessories and I can't figure out how I fix this is truly annoying and I want to play my games (try to play racing games or FIFA with your keyboard,
    it's just awful)

    I just bought a brand new xbox one wireless controller and the microphone will not pick up. I bought a brand new headset and it still will not work.

    Controller stopped vibrating, HELP!?

    Only original. As stated I have the Xbox brand wireless controller, brand new, with brand new batteries and nothing.

    Yep. I have a brand new xbox360 that came with fable anniversary. Also a brand new controller. Half of the time the a button is not responsive and there are glitches at the bottom of the screen that never go away.

    I am having this problem as well. Brand new series x, brand new controller, brand new batteries. System is up to date and so is the controller. Has to be a software issue, this does not happen on my Xbox One.

    I've already done this once. I replaced one brand new controller with another brand new controller, and had the same problem. This problem never occurred until I bought a new controller.
