    Brand new Xbox one controller A button sticking


    Just bought an Xbox one S off Amazon and the A button on the controller sticks, a few months ago I bought a white controller and it also had problems and Microsoft refused to take it back saying it was from misuse. So now I have two dysfunctional white Xbox
    one controller.

    You should be able to arrange to get your controller serviced through this
    support page    , If you have any issues raising the service request through this website please use the
    contact us option and when requested select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support and they should be able to help with raising the service request.

    Hi

    My New mineral blue engraved controller buttons sticking only ordered it on 28jan2018

    does any one know how to get microsoft to support me as there is no phone numbers and its still under warranty and purchased through microsoft so dont tell me to take it back to the retailer i purchased it from...cheers

    Xbox One wont respond to right controller stick movement (confirmed control is working correctly on PC with joy.cpl)

    I bought a brand new controller and it paired fine but the Xbox one is still not responding to the right analog stick of the new controller.

    I think the Xbox one controller sticks are junk. They are a loose as 5 year old 360 controller and its brand new. It's the reason I sold my Xbox one and got my 360 back.

    Iv'e bought multiple controllers over the years and iv'e only had a stick drift issue with one of my controllers and it was on it's last legs to be honest (after serving me well over the years) it was time to retire the controller and get a new one, witch
    i just bought a random controller that was brand new, and i haven't had problems with stick drift in many years.
