    It did this to me a while back what you could do is, do a factory reset on your xbox which you do by holding the xbox home button, the inset disc button, and the connect controller button and hold all 3 of them till u here the xbox sound twice oruntile it
    popsup on screen. Hope it fixs it bro.

    I would return a brand new xbox to the supplier and ask for a replacement or ask them to try it in store.
