    Brand new Xbox 1 keeps powering down!


    We are trying to set up our sons new Xbox 360 one but when we try to connect to our wireless, it keeps powering down! Please help!

    Help. Mic shows "muted" in every game

    I fixed mine by unplugging the mic compleatly powering down the Xbox, turning the Xbox back on the. Powering it down again, plugging everything back in and powering it back up....hope this helps

    I have the same problem. I had a Xbox 1 x and it kept track but it broke so I bought a brand new 1 and this 1 doesn't keep track of time played for some reason and no one is helping

    I keep getting this error as well. This is already the second xbox 1 I've had to get and Brand New out of the box games crashing and error codes left and right.

    I'm sorry but Microsoft does not authorize any self-repair procedure and if no procedure can be done through the system, only Microsoft technicians have the autonomy to repair
