Brand new Series X won’t show any video been waiting two hours for supervisor phone call

Long story short I bought an Xbox Series X. It’s brand new obviously never opened. It turns on but shows no video on any monitor I try and even tried different cables. Even the safe mode option does not work. It never makes the second beep and never get a display from it. Been like this since the first time I turned it on.

I have literally, and can be verified by account, been an Xbox player and customer since the OG Xbox. I call customer service only to be told, after barely even being able to understand the lady, I HAVE to return it to the store and exchange it for one of those oh so many consoles clogging up store shelves.

I had to return multiple RROD 360 consoles back in the day so I know for a fact a replacement can be sent to me. But apparently to do that now, you MUST wait on a supervisor to call you. Well, it’s been well over two hours Microsoft. What in the world has happened to your customer service?’

I have also tried a 4k TV with no luck. It’s lifelike it is bricked because it never makes the second beep trying to boot into safe mode. Chat support isn’t much good seeing as how I was promised a supervisor would call me well over 4-5 hours ago now.

Hello 9646gt, i'm sorry for what's going on, as for attempts to view an image, you've tried to connect it to a normal TV rather than a monitor to see if it continues to show image.

As for customer service, this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access to some data or your account, the ideal is to contact Xbox support via chat so they can help you, just see the opening hours according to your region.

Hello again, do not know where you tried to connect with a supervisor, but the best way to contact support is via chat so they can guide you, it is unusual for a new console to present this problem.

been on the phone for 3 hours...no one can figure it out. spoke to supervisors and supervisors of supervisors... no one can help.

i called xbox support center again today. i spent 3.5 hours on the phone with them while they're telling me i just need to wait 24 hours again. eventually a supervisor hung up on me because i wanted to continue to wait on the phone with them. is there anyone else that i can reach out to for support on this?
