    Brand new series S 100% packet loss


    Hello,

    I've bought a brand new xbox series S, I connect to my rogers ignite gateway modem (gen 2) and am unable to play multiplayer but the internet works fine, i can download games, watch netflix no problem. I contacted my ISP, set up port forwarding but my packet loss was still 100%. I then contacted xbox support and we spent about 2 hours trying different DNS, static IP address, by the end i was thinking the issue was with my xbox, so I went and bought another brand new xbox series S from best buy but same issue 100% packet loss. 237mbps download speed, 50mbps upload speed, 100% packet loss, MTU 1480, Latency 100ms, wireless strenth 100%. IF someone could please help me with this issue

    Since you get the same issue with your new Xbox console, it's still possible that the issue is within your own network. To further isolate it, please try to connect with your mobile data hotspot and check your network stats again. If possible, try to replace your router temporarily with a different one if you have an extra router there.

    How do I fix 100% packet loss errors Xbox Series S?

    Well, manually changing the DNS settings and getting an alternate MAC address still has my Series S saying that it has 100% packet loss, but I can still play games, so I guess that's good enough. If there are any suggestions on how to eliminate the packet loss error I would be happy to try them out. Thanks.

    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
