    Brand new on Xbox but blocked?


    Bought a used Xbox One S which was cleared or history. Tried to play Seige but says im blocked? Checked and my reputation is good? Could it be ive not got Live yet, if so should offer ways to get it? Or, was it from when my son spent a fortune on it
    (my email attached to his account) and they did this to stop it happening again? If so, how do i unblock myself and be allowed to play?

    It doesnt take us to a store page to buy gold - thats what i would have expected, im going to go look with fresh eyes and try and be more specific.

    Hi!

    you say the xbox was cleared and history deleted, however the xbox live system, works through your Gamertag, rather than storage on your console. The only other way I could suggest, is use Ubisoft FAQ, or see if you can live chat with someone to lift ban
    on your account. Hope this helps.

    What exactly is the error message that you are getting?

    Is it something like the way your account is setup is preventing you from playing online?

    Does it take you to a store page to purchase a Xbox live gold subscription?

    We need a little more specific information to figure out what is going on.
