    Has anyone ever purchased a sealed new game only to open it and discover there wasn't a disk inside? I purchased fallout 4 from Walmart over the weekend only to bring it home, take off all the packaging to realize there is no disk inside. The packaging
    was all totally sealed and the Microsoft certificate of authenticity was still on it so I don't think someone swiped it beforehand but I honestly don't know. I'm posting this here because I am not quite sure who to contact about this whether it be Microsoft
    support or go back to Walmart for another copy. My only issue is I'm not sure if they are even going to believe me. Anyone else ever experience something like this?

    xbox slim lags offline with EVERY game either discs or demos

    no even with downloaded games and brand new games

    Having problems with lots of newer games on older 360

    Similar issue. Xbox 360 S 250gb, plays large collection of discs no problem. Brand new AC4, and Rocksmith 2014 won't load (unable to read). New AC3 plays fine. No used games, these are all brand new.

    It's rare, but still possible for a brand new disc to be damaged/faulty. Are you able to try another disc game?

    Grr.

    I bought a game that was supposed to be brand new and the disc had scratches on it so i took it back. If your paying more for a brand new game then you dont expect it to be scratched.

    It sounds like that disc might have a problem with it. Do you know somebody with the same game that you could borrow to see if it might work? This would tell you if it is in fact just that particular disc.
