Brand New Game Not Loading

I purchased a copy of Evolve today. But it wont load. There is just an icon saying insert disc. Its inserted, its brand new, straight from a sealed box. So why is this happening? I've had loading issues with other games before, but I just ejected the disc,
gave it a wipe with a cloth, and it works. But when I insert this disc the console makes a few whirling noises then goes quiet. any ideas?

i JUST WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW 360--- AFTER LOADING THE I9NSTALL DISK IT SAYS I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY---JUST ******* GREAT--BRAND NEW CONCOLE, BRAND NEW GAME AND ITS STATING i DONT HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY!!!!!!

I HAVE 4 GIGS

Brand new to XBOX and my sons Minecraft game keeps telling us it can not save - trial version.

Brand new to XBOX and my sons Minecraft game keeps telling us it can not save - trial version. I thought we loaded the game? It spend hours loading.

 

Hi Sam! Have you performed a power cycle on your console? I know that sometimes (especially with BIG games, or games that install large update patches) a power cycle is necessary to clear the memory cache. Sometimes the game won't load, or even tries to
load but dumps back to the Home Screen.

To power cycle:

1. Hold the power sensor on the console for approximately 8 seconds (you will see the power brick light flash orange, then return to white.)

2. Let go when you see the orange flash, then wait for the light on the power brick to turn solid orange.

3. Wait about 30 seconds, then power the system back on and try your game.
