    I am having this exact issue. Brand new One X will not download fortnite. Any other game and app downloads fine. I have tried all listed troubleshooting steps but the download just stops.

    I could use some help with this one also. Liberty Prime just stopped on the bridge for me and won't go any farther. Where am I supposed to go from here? There's rockets that keep hammering the bridge in front of me.

    Quantum Break

    Just got quantum break and the game won't install. it starts and a second later it stops, got a new disc and the same thing happened. nearly an hour on the phone with microsoft(xboxlive) and problem didn't get resolved.

    I'm now going to try installing it on a brand new xboxone that i've had in the closet for a bit. I guess i'll get back to y'all but as of now I'm not impressed with the game at all.

    Update on this - I tried installing 5onDemand and this app won't even load.

    This is a brand new Xbox One, out of the box, and the functionality is useless for an entertainment console.

    What are my options? Anyone have ANY idea?
