    so, i bought a brand new xbox one controller, right out of the box there were drift issues, very minimal drift; almost unnoticeable. However within two weeks the left joystick has moderate drift (right) and makes playing FPS games almost impossible. Ive
    updated the firmware, calibrated it, did a complete shutdown. None of the troubleshooting steps have resolved this issue. How do i go about getting the control replaced? As it seems to be a physical defect in the controller.

    If your controllers drifting, rather get it replaced if its brand new.

    I'd definitely look at taking the controller back to the store you got it from and get a replacement. You'll just need your proof of purchase
