Brand New Consol - Update Error

I just got an Xbox One S for Christmas i plugged everything in and went to do the update. Every time i get to around 30% and i get "There was a problem with the update" i have 3 options:

1. Check network connection: which i have tried wired and wireless try again which i have done

2. Try again: which i have tried

3. Turn off console: which i have also done.

I have also tuned off the console unplugged the power cord and tried again to power cycle the machine all of which hasn't worked.

Below is the error code I'm getting:

0x801901f6 0x0000000 0x900c0005

I searched the code and couldn't find anything.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Update failed

Console was brand new. There was no error code just a message, update failed, a system update is required to sign in to xbox live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

Got this message on my old xbox and the brand new one.

There was a problem with update

Brand new xbox one. Setup was good. Entered langauage, country. Tested wired, wireless connections. Both were good. Got error message: There was problem with update. Tried offline update. After applying update from USB drive, it was time to update again.
I got same error message: There was a problem with update. Help. I need to get past this initial update to use my Brand New Xbox one

Bought the console today brand new from Game, unboxed it, plugged it in, followed setup and updated console. It won't recognise
any type of disc - 0x80820002 error.

Taking it back tomorrow for a full refund - not happy at all.

What WPAK said, it's only a 1 time offer, you have to create a completely new gamertag (which requires an email address that has not already been attached to a gamertag). Occasionally on the dashboard, that's the home screen where you see Bing, Home, Social,
Games, Videos, Apps, & Settings. Those main adverts for games and stuff, Occasionally I've seen people who've created new Gamertags and didn't take advantage of the offer at that moment will see another offer for a trial, usually Go Gold! 1 month for $1 or
2 months for 2 dollars! Stuff like that.

If you decide to go ahead and create a new gamertag please use a valid email address and remember the email address. A lot of times later on when you've used the account for a while you'll be asked to validate your account, or update your proofs, or maybe
you want to use your account on a new console and you'll be required to use your WLID & Password. People who created a new gamertag to take advantage of that offer will forget that their good email is not attached to their gamertag but one they just created
out of the blue and never used.

-You can later change the email attached to the gamertag it just takes some time, due to security purposes you can't change the WLID attached to your gamertag for 30 days after creation or downloading your profile to a console.
