    Brand new consile will not read disks and Chat Support is broken


    Brand New Xbox 1 S will not even acknowledge a brand new game disk, and when DVD or Blu-ray is put in, I get a 0x80820002 error. When I try and go to chat support, the name fields are greyed out after logging in so I cannot start a chat.

    Lol no surprise. My 360 gave me 3 dirty disc drive errors even on a brand new system.

    Already been through those - it either gives the reported error, or I can hear the disc spin up but nothing happens. I tried multiple disks of DVD, Blu-Ray, and game - no joy.
