Brand new code “not found”

I’m currently ATTEMPTING to redeem a £25 Xbox rewards voucher (after a long time of collecting points) and everything is going through UNTIL I copy and paste the 25 digit mixed digits and letters code directly from my email to the box on the rewards site but I’m being hit with a (in red print) This Code wasn’t found try re-entering it etc.. hugely disappointed at how overly complex it is. I chose to have the points converted to 25 pounds to spend on a game anyway but I’m feeling more like selling my x right now.

If it was an Xbox gift code, the funds would have automatically been deposited into your account and not sent as a code. You can verify if it was deposited at http://account.microsoft.com

same problem. brand new x1 aw bundle, says code not found, but the other 3 codes worked fine

Drop a support message with Dolby and show them proof of purchase. they should be able to help you out
