brand new alienware wont play any games

please help, brand new alienware 17 wont paly any games. tried 5 games downloaded from steam and none of the games start

Many of the problems can be caused by glitches in the programs. If the game is not performing as expected, first check if the operating system is up to date, if the game is up to date and, very important, if the graphics chip drivers are up to date.

i have this same problem except it wont let me even start a new game...... i play on a brand new xbox 360 slim. is there absolutly nothing i can do?

Activision solution does not work.

Brand new Xbox 360 here, brand new copy of the game. Purchased and downloaded all 4 DLC packs and the game simply wont start.
