    Bran New Xbox Problem


    I have purchased a new xbox one s. After trying to turn it on I'm required to connect it to my internet. After it connects the xbox simply restarts and asks me to do it again. My internet is working, my password is correct. The fact that I can not turn my
    console on is beyond frustrating. I am stuck with a useless xbox and an empty wallet.

    Xbox One to be Re-named already.

    If Sony makes their EYE required then I will sticking a bran new GPU in my PC around E3 Bran New Xbox Problem :)

    Hey there, THUNDA!

    I'm sorry to see any connection issues! Is this happening during the set up process? If so, I suggest doing a wired connection for the initial set up, then try wireless after your console has updated. This should at least get you through set up.

    If that doesn't work for you, I suggest taking it back to the retailer as soon as possible to ensure you are within their electronics return policy. It will be a quick swap out if you go that route.

    Hey there, THUNDA!

    i have yet to have any game install from a disc. but to answer the possible damaged part. they are practically bran new and have no scratches.
