Witam,

syn poprosił mnie o zakup vbucks do gry Fortnite za 39,90. Dokonałam płatności za pomocą dotpay i mam potwierdzenie płatności jednak w historii zamówień nie ma takiego zamówienia. Nie wiem jak rozwiązać tę sytuację - nie można skontaktować się ani mailowo
ani telefonicznie - obsługa klienta na najniższym poziomie.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with an order. I recommend performing a power cycle on the
console. If the Vbucks still don't appear on the account I recommend removing the profile and the redownloading the profile back onto the account. Please let us know how it goes.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
