    Ok...so for one since the update the Xbox One runs like complete poo. Games and Apps constantly either won't open or crashes. The OneGuide hasnt worked. The usb hubs power down whenever launching OneGuide. I called customer service only to get hung up
    on when transfered and never a call back. Nothing at all after hours and hours and hours of me emailing, msging, sending reports, and calling. NOTHING. Just been sitting here with the same constant issues with not one bit of a solution. On top of that I play
    this glitchy trash fire Madden 21 for hours and no acheivement will track. That is now another 550 pts not got on top of 10,000 plus points now owed to me. Why is there constant issues with thousands of people with the same issues over and over and not one
    remedy not one bit of customer care whatsoever. Is Microsoft above the law to continue to lie and continuously sell broken products??. I cannot believe you want to launch yet another system when you have never finished fleshing out the 360 or the Xbox One
    yet...and do not get me started on Win10 issues with my laptop. You just come out with yet another console??. If it is going to run properly then you need to take this xbox one that has been nothing but problematic and replace it with a system that works.
    I am beyond sick of issues that plague this piece of **** with not one ounce of care from your company. The customer service is a complete farce and a joke. Xbox one is a lemon. All you do is take money and turn your backs on loyal customers. Who else thinks
    Microsoft needs boycotted?

    I feel they should have addressed past issues with not being able to get games w gold when calling when still available and putting me off till after and then telling me too late. I asked about the achievement points misses including the ones from this
    past play days and they ignore me. I earned the points but they wont track. They see there were issues with Madden 21 and no one getting the points tracked but refuse to do anything. Why wont they simply make sure you get the "free games with gold" when you
    are a paying member?.. Why wont they simply credit points missed? Why wont they be transparent about possible bricking of system when in insider program. None if this makes sense. And the fact you just are given the shaft over and over is inexcusable. Is
    very poor business practices however you want to look at it. These issues are on their end but refuse to do anything to remedy anything. I just have to wait and see was my answer and again not remedying games I should have by their product that I purchased
    and no credit for points missed? ... Makes no sense. Microsoft needs to get it together. If no one thinks they need to do much better than they are with customers then that is plain fanboy/girl denial. I have asked for my error report info and will be compiling
    a video very soon. I have shelled out thousands over the years with Microsoft and deserve to be treated like a valued customer and mostly a human being.

    I know it can be frustrating struggling with issues, that should be so simple. I myself have most of all current and previous gen. consoles from them all... not just MS. And Actually still has 2 of the original "VCR" release day Xone's .... one running the
    Alpha and one not in the insider program, and they are still running flawless ... had to replace a PSU on one of them, but that was it. But here at the forum we usually only hear when things go wrong. We never hear about all the systems running flawless.

    All the active ambassadors here are really dedicated people, what uses their expertise and a LOT of they spare time for free, to help the community and gamers around the globe with their issues. And we are trying to do our very best, but can't know everything
    and solve every problem. We will always be here, eager to help you 😊

    And i do agree. Being on the insider program is both a gift and a curse. If you like to shape the future of the console then the insider program is a gift, but testing unreleased software is often buggy and messy. So if you just want to play some casual
    games, i would recommend getting of the program.

    I have an original xbox one and am on the insiders program. I just have to wait I guess. I finally got ahold of a support team member that at least tried to help me and did his job. Kudos to that man. First time in my life someone at Microsoft tried to
    help with a solution. I need to unjoin insider program for now and just wait. I am glad that a number of you have had no problems, I have and many others have had as well. I just want my console to function properly instead of wasting hours troubleshooting
    or buying another console. I can not afford it being laid off. All I want is to turn it in and use it properly. Just frustrating as I have been a loyal customers for my entire life with Microsoft products in general and have felt burned. Had a nice conversation
    with support and just seems best thing to do is unjoin insider club do complete factory reset and wait for next public update. Just wish there was more transparency and better/easier solution to the problems lile simply being able to roll back an update if
    problematic. Oh and they really need to sort the achievement trackers on these weekly/ daily quest. Not blowing smoke just look at forums and reddit. Im not the only person sad about the state of things. Pretty sure it is just everyone with the original xbox
    one.

    14 years as a customer and never had an issue that didn't get fixed. So i'm not really complaining and it has been my favorite go to system as long as i can remember....

    Hello, I have no problem with my xbox since the new update and I've been a computer/tech geek since I was a little kid. It's was actually the Commodore VIC-20 and later the "mighty" C64 that started it all 4 me.

    I just want to explain that I've been around computers and dealth with software, coding, various OS's and all the troubles/fixing troubleshooting that makes it so interesting for a geek/weirdo techfreak idiot like myself 😂😊

    With all that said I'll try 2 finally get to the point!!

    I've been a windows user for years now and I've always had great experience with microsoft and their support people trough the years.

    Xbox has been my #1 gaming platform ever since the first xbox console came out... I play on PC aswell but I'm a die-hard console fan... Probably because racing games have always been so important 4 me as a gamer, yea of course I'm
    gamer. The only thing I forgot to mention earlier in this post.

    With all the great experience I've had with microsoft and their software/hardware n support trough the years I'm shocked what's happening with microsoft all of a sudden. It have taken only 2-4 years to ruin my positive feelings for microsoft and it's now almost
    a nightmarish experience when having to deal with anything from them.

    About a month ago I bought a large amount of CoD points in Modern Warfare on xbox.. For the first time ever I had a problem with my purchase. They took my money but I didn't get a single CP... I noticed in the community forums several other people who had the
    same issue with their purhases that day,

    I contacted microsoft support after nothing had happened for a few days.. The money was gone and the purchase was registered as succesfull in order history.

    The guy @ microsoft's support staff, who I had the conversation with, checked and probably verified the succesfull money transfer from my bank 2 ms. He told me to wait a day or
    two and the credits/COD points I've paid 4 should be there,,.

    It's now several weeks later, I have not recieved a single CP, Microsoft took my money, not on purpouse of course but still,, as I'm currently without money and hungry since I only have a few packs of Ramen to eat untill I have money again

    Now I'm in no way feel sorry for myself or complain about my situation..

    I just think it's ironic...

    Microsoft 'stole' money from me. Now I'm sitting here, completely broke, having just ramen for lunch at least 3 more days!! 😂🤣

    I don't even bother anymore, I get a bad feeling in my stomach thinking about dealing with anyone at microsoft again
