tried to restore? if it works you can play without waiting any longer for repair.

otherwise, I say if you don't want to perform the procedure or it doesn't work, you have two options:

get in touch with the store, as it hasn't been too long ago;

request the repair from microsoft:

it is necessary to register the product on the microsoft website and open a work order.

Thank you Anderson, do you have experience of registering your product on Microsoft, I am a bit confused, would love if you can help me out.

I'd recommend starting your own thread as it will be easier than trying to get advice in a thread which is of a different issue

Forza motorsport unplayable on series s, Darktide unplayable on series s, starfield unplayable on series, Gotham knights unplayable on series s... All these day one release from gamepass crash with in a couple mins and are unplayable please fix.

I tried external.. tried internal.. tried reinstall.. also tried on a 2 year old Xbox series x and on one less than a year.. but new out of the box..

Both xboxes are clean.. but it still crashes.. in fact while sitting herd answering you I have the Game on.. but not doing anything with co

ntroller and it crashes..
