bounties and other stuff

heres my problem after I hit the 14th rank I was booted form the online because of a unknown network error then I went to go back on and a message came up timed out locating a session or the other one I got was unable to find a sutiblae online session so
I went into the solo missions heres where the bounties come in I had just robbed my 20th store and all of a sudden I was told I had a bounty for 9000 well when I looked at my stats I see I now have 68 bounties for 9000 is that normal

im getting angry now was playing online NOT solo and 3 times I was logged out of my profile then I finely got back to play online with others and I played for about 45 min then I got the boot saying for a unknown network error then I get back into the online
game then booted again then I have tried 5 times it says 1 or 2 things timed out looking for a session or couldn't find a sutibale session is there anything I can do to solve this

 

You can only have 1 bounty on you at one time. You have perhaps had a total of 68 bountys in overall stats. Try an invite only session it has no other players and might not drag your connection down which might be forcing you off. Or if you havnt linked
your Rockstar social club with your x box gamertag. If these do not help contact Rockstar.

 

their was an explot where people were putting massive bounties on each other for large payofffs. This could cause the game 2 think u did something wrong.
