Bound By Flame

Looks like a really fun game to hold me off until DA:I but I sold my 360 (stupidly) when I got XB1. The game won't be coming out for XB1 right away, but does anyone know if they plan to in the next few months?

Bound by Flame was alright.Got repetitive quite early on though & was bloody hard at times

 

As of right now, the developers have no plans to bring it to the Xbox One. They haven't explicitly said no, so it's possible they will at some point, I suppose.

 

Why is this game not coming to the One? Their official website shows the PS4, PS3, 360, PC. The 360 but not the One. Wouldn't be questionable, except it's on the PS4. Why not the One, I wonder. Not that I care as it just looks like another terrible hack'n'slash
RPG developed by a hack developer who don't exactly have a reputation for creating good games......especially RPG's. (Faery: Legends of Avalon & Mars: War Logs are perfect examples.)

Looks pretty sweet honestly, i'm getting it for PS4 just so I finally have something new to play on it haha.

Wow, that actually does look like a pretty good game. I'm surprised I hadn't heard of it until now. JRPG character design in a western style RPG can work pretty well sometimes.

 

Its actually out today a day early apparently, got a message from Gamestop saying my pre-order was ready for pickup in the morning.

 

Well I have never heard of this either, but I'd be keen for your opinion when you pick it up.

 

It does look pretty good I have to admit. Something I hope comes to X1 eventually. I would pick it up for that!

 

Got a few hours of gameplay in this afternoon.

I'm honestly really picky about RPG's especially the the lower budget ones, but so far i'm blown away by this game.

Its kind of like a good mix of Dragon Age, Dark Souls and Diablo 3. Combat is fairly simple but fun, weapons are pretty sweet, crafting and loot are nice. I havent messed with the magic abilities a lot yet though.

But what surprises me the most is how beautiful and smooth this game plays, at least on PS4 the next gen version looks very nice. Its really sweet to play an RPG with the smoothness of next gen.

And for the price of 49.99 i'd definitely recommend it, really digging it so far!

I agree. The Xbox One is in desperate need of a good RPG. Child of Light is alright, but that's not the kind of RPG I need.

 

Was going to pick this up for PS4 until I saw it in action, it released early and there's a few LP's on Youtube. Looks horrendous.
