    Bought XBox One S via email promotion - still no 50k credits - been 30 days since buy date!

    Bought the XBox One S via an email promotion, of which the reward was to be 50,000 XBox Live Rewards credits.

    I have met all the requirements stated under the Terms and Conditions.

    It's been more than 4 weeks since the purchase, and 3 weeks since delivery and log-in, and I still haven't received the 50k Rewards credits.

    Please help! This was the main reason that I purchased the One S at this time.
