Bought Xbox One S, not seeing the 50k points, any help is appreciated.

I bought a Xbox One S bundle and used the promo code on the mission for 50k points. I don't see the 50k points nor it pending.

If I can get some help or clarity, that'd be great.

purchased battlefield 1 xbox one s 1tb. received points but only 30k not the 50k also no points for other games purchase.

50k points with Xbox one s upgrade promotion with black friday deals on the online ms store?

Do I get the 50k points for upgrading if I bought the xbox one s battlefield one storm grey bundle on Thursday during the black Friday promotion?

 

Support will double check for you, buy keep in mind that the credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

From the FAQ for that offer:



When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.



Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.
