Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

i bought the the gears of war 4 bundle on Nov. 16th, i received the bundle and haven't got the 50,000 reward credits. When will i get the reward credits. I have an Xbox one, i bought the Xbox one s cause on my missions on Xbox live rewards if i buy one,
ill get 50,000 reward credits, free game, and expedited shipping if i bought one on Microsoftstore.com.

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

For help with Microsoft Rewards credits, you will need to contact their customer support. That program is completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

The only way to receive Xbox rewards credits for purchasing a console is if you are a 360 user (meaning you've never used One), and upgrading to a One. If that is the case, you should see credits pending about 15 business days after the console shipped.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

The rewards program no longer sends birthday gifts and unless they do a specific Christmas event, they generally don't give anything just for Christmas. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.
