    Bought xbox live online, but xbox still says I have a free subscription


    Despite buying a one month trial through xbox.com, after 20 hours, it still says my only subscription ia to xbox live free. I got the confirmation email and was charged on my credit card. I cannot play online. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    I have recently bought an xbox live subscription and have tried playing online games but a prompt for xbox live comes up telling me that i need xbox live to play online, and when i check my subscriptions it says that i do have a subscription for xbox live.
    Please help

    Bought xbox live gold but cant play online

    I just bought xbox live gold 60% off for 3 months, but I can´t play online becouse it says that i need xbox live gold. On my subscription it says that i have xbox live gold and i could take the free games off the month.

    Hey MSR!

    Trial memberships are silver memberships, but you can access certain features like Parties, or multiplayer. It still counts you as a free member.

    on the boards your account is shown as silver, so going to contact Support would be your best Option.
