Bought Xbox live - keep getting error

I bought live from CDKEYS

I have been trying to put the code onto my Xbox it didn't work and then tried putting it through the website and that didn't work either.

I talked to CDKEYS and they said everything is fine on their end. So please someone help.

I bought a 3month xbox live card and the pin wont go in. I keep getting a message saying sorry there was an error.

 

8015190e error code when trying to comnect to live

Hi I just bought my son Xbox live gold, and when we try to sign into Live it fails and We keep getting this error code 8015190e, Don't know what to do????

Thanks for the image with the error code, that helps. That particular error code is one that we are familiar with and it means that you're trying to redeem an Xbox Live Gold code while you still have an active subscription. You'll have to wait until your
current Gold subscription expires in order to redeem another code.
