Bought xbox live gold yesterday, however controller still says I have xbox live free?!

Dear,

Yesterday I bought xbox live gold and when I check my subscriptions online I can see xbox gold is enabled.

However, when I check my account on my xbox 360 controller it says I have a xbox live free?!

What is wrong?

And how can it be fixed?

I'd rather have it fixed ASAP as I really don't like it that I pay for a service and when accessing it, it isn't working!!!

Btw, I tried to use the chat, however since I was unable to enter my first and last name (fields were greyed out) I could not use this feature... Great...

Bought Gold but can't use it...

I bought xbox live gold yesterday but in game I can't use it. It says I'm not a member, it still apears the adds (in game). When I go to the store and see my subcritions it says I have Gold (which I do).

Help please!

 

Xbox LIVE Gold issues - i cant connect

I bought Xbox LIVE Gold for a month, and my console says nothing about it, except my purchace confirmation. It says i still only have Xbox LIVE Free. By the way, i bought Gold on my Xbox console .

please double check on which account you enabled the Gold subscription, since the account you are using here in the forums shows up as Silver.

If the subscription is shown at
http://billing.microsoft.com on this account then I advise you to contact Xbox Support, since it seems something has gone wrong.
