Hi!

My kid bought Xbox Live twice within 2 minutes. He bought it and then started Destiny which said he must buy Xbox Live which he did once again...now I am billed twice. Feel free to refund.

Billed twice

My xbox live account has been on a rolling month to month subscription (No idea why as i've had it since 2008) but anyway, i've been billed twice on 2 separate days this month. I'm trying to find out who to get in touch with to find out why but to no avail.
I've been through the Microsoft support system and that is nothing short of bloody useless sending me round and round in circles. I'm slightly concerned that my details have been hacked. Can anybody help with what to do?
